Professionalization

In order to strengthen professionalism in scientists UniCat offers seminars on a regular basis. These consist of a series of seminars on gender that build on the individual needs and wishes of the participants. Furthermore, they are designed to promote networking and to encourage women to accept leadership roles. Junior professors, junior group leaders, post-docs and PhD students are invited to join.
