Helmut Schwarz receives the 2015 Karl Ziegler Award

New Bessel Research Awardee comes to UniCat
Professor Ashraf Brik from Technion (Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa) has been awarded the Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel Research Award of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. Ashraf Brik will stay for a visiting professorship at Technische Universität Berlin hosted by UniCat-Professor Roderich D. Süssmuth.[more]

Andreas Möglich: Appointment for a full professorship
Prof. Dr. Andreas Möglich has accepted an appointment for a Full Professorship at the University of Bayreuth. He will move to Bayreuth and become a Professor of Biochemistry on 01 April 2015. Andreas Möglich, born in Germany in 1975, studied Biochemistry at the University of Regensburg and Biophysics at the University of Basel, where he obtained a doctorate in 2005.
